Alabama Injury Report, 2 Starters That May Not Play This Weekend
The Alabama Crimson Tide has been relatively fortunate this year with injuries. The biggest hit so far has been losing Eddie Jackson for the season with a devastating injury. Judging from the LSU game the defense responded and played their best game of the season.
Heading into another SEC game vs Miss State Alabama has a couple of players that look questionable this week. It’s unlikely to affect the outcome of this game but of course the Tide has to keep thinking about the long game, another National Championship.
Bo Scarbrough was limited in practice on Tuesday. He was on the sideline with trainer Jeff Allen during team drills. Scarbrough suffered a twisted knee on a run in the LSU game. He was sidelined but did return later in the game ending the night with 11 carries and 52 yards. He is wearing a brace on his right knee in practice
Right guard Lester Cotton was also limited at practice on Tuesday and didn’t participate in drills with the offense. Joshua Casher took his place at right guard on the first-team offensive line.
Foster was still wearing a club on his left hand Tuesday. He was the team leader last week with 11 tackles, 11 tackles for a loss and a sack against LSU. Even with the club he looked to be effective and flying around during drills.
